I can confirm that there is still active support for wallets and yes you can have your 2FA disabled by the admin team.

Hi All,

I seem to have a few coins stuck in a Coinprism wallet,  I have my wallet backup file and I have my password as advised to do but I have managed to lock myself out of my authy after a phone migration so I cant get past my 2FA. 

I've contacted support a few times now via a Salesforce helpdesk ticket and tweeted to coinprism but still no response, anyone have an idea who else I can try and contact?   Or do you know how I can restore the wallet I have as my backup?
